Hello, this is ROOKEY CYCLERY.
To improve our service and ensure the highest quality of work, we will be temporarily suspending regular operations for about two weeks to conduct a comprehensive internal system reorganization.
* Complimentary Inspection: Available for all custom bikes and wheels built by our shop. (Checking tension, alignment, and any other concerns.)
* Temporary Suspension of Operations: From today until February 3rd. (New sales and appointments will be unavailable during this period.)
* Please note: Previously scheduled works for existing clients will proceed as planned.
We sincerely reflect on our shortcomings and will take this time to improve our processes. We promise to return with a more professional and responsible service.
